We are a residential venue and learning provider located in the heart of Warwickshire. Set in 35 acres of stunning landscaped grounds and offering over 40 unique meeting spaces and 110 ensuite bedrooms.

Ashorne Hill delivers successful leadership and management learning and development solutions from a dedicated meetings venue nestled within 35 acres of stunning Warwickshire grounds enhancing the overall experience. As a charity set up for the advancement of education and learning, developing people capability is at the heart of everything we do and delivering inspiring and engaging learning experiences is central to our success. The right learning environment will inspire learners with development experiences that fuel personal and collective growth, but we recognize one learning environment doesn’t fit all, therefore, we can deliver learning solutions in one of the following three environments, online, face to face and blended.

Whilst training and development is at our core many companies choose our business location for strategy day meetings, overnight conferences, team meetings and private dining due to the serenity and calmness felt when choosing our facilities. We have 40+ modern meeting and training spaces and safe private areas for those much-needed breakout sessions, with meeting facilities that range in capacity from 8-150, 110 bedrooms and catering for up to 400.  If our in-house space is not enough, our beautiful surroundings will allow opportunities for inspirational new thinking and peaceful areas for self-reflection.
