The Forest Suite, which can be split into three sections and has natural daylight, can accommodate up to 300 delegates in theatre style and has 5 integrated screens, perfect for large conferences and dinners. The Ash Suite is light and airy room with its own private bar and access to a terrace area. A private corridor link to the Mulberry Suite makes these two rooms a perfect pair for events. Both rooms have natural daylight and integrated AV. We have 5 syndicate rooms, all with plasma screen TVs which are perfect for interviews or breakout spaces.

Located at our Forest Suite entrance, the newly refurbished Ebony Lounge offers a stylish and welcoming environment. With plenty of natural daylight and featuring direct access to a patio area with outdoor seating, it is the perfect space for delegates to relax and connect. During the day, the Ebony Lounge is where our refreshment station is served, making it an ideal networking hub during conference breaks. In the evening, the space is the perfect setting for reception drinks, complete with a fully serviced bar.
