Everyday you are challenged with what your venue offers that your competitors can’t or don’t.

How do you be one step ahead?

 

What do you offer?

  • Simply list out everything you can offer your customers be it corporate or leisure.
  • Virtually every venue has something to offer EVERYONE
  • Now is not the time to get stuck in a niche market.
  • We are all diversifying in business so we can be more accessible to the plethora of customers out there.

 

 

Collaboration is Key

  • Stadiums have huge conference and event spaces, they host corporate  & hospitality days – they don’t have bedrooms – as a hotel this is a fantastic opportunity to work together to offer packages to benefit you both.
  • Many restaurants have private dining spaces, these can become secondary income streams by getting involved in hosting networking events and offering packages for corporate clients to hold day meetings.
  • Join your local Chamber of Commerce to build valuable connections that can support you, help share ideas and suggestions and bring value.
  • You may be in a position where you can’t accommodate an event, work with other venues in the area to keep the event local, we all want returning business to our community
